We own a house in Palm Springs. If you want to have party, this area is very nice because there are no neighbors around this house. Therefore, you do not need to worry about noise! Also, there are swimming pool and jacuzzi behind the house, so you can enjoy pool party as well!
This is a nice looking house! I like how there's a pool/ jacuzzi om the backyard! The only this is..Palm Springs is kinda far..Are you guys mainly targeting people from that area?

ReplyDeletethe distance between house and house is large. We try our best to minimize the noise concern, but it is not guarantee. The house would be built with thicker walls with materials specifically to avoid outside noise, like the wall in music studio.
DeleteAlthough it is a nice house i feel that the fact it is so far away might not work out to your companies advantage. What if some people dont want to travel so far for a party. Are you guys going to offer any other house close to your clients?
ReplyDeletewe provide shuttle if customers request. We currently own this property only and in the long-run, we will invest more property in other places. There are some location options in our consideration.
DeleteThe house is nice and I believe posting the houses in which you can hold a party at is very beneficial for your company and followers. I do believee it would be more beneficial and helpful if you posted a house in a different place every week, therefore it targets all of your twitter followers and gives everyone a fair chance for your house parties.

ReplyDeletethis is an option for our customers to have an option to rent if they need a place to have party. For example, if you have parents living with you,and you want to have a party, you can invite your friend to this place to enjoy the party. This is optional in case some customers have special needs or preference. If a client request for this plan, we will decorate the house with the existing furniture that are already placed in the house we own.

DeleteThe house looks nice. However, Location is too far away from urban area. In this case, the location can be a disadvantage to your business. Questions are: How many people are willing to drive 45 mins plus to party? What is the capacity of this house for sleep overnight? Just curious.
ReplyDeleteCustomers can stay overnight, that is why we provide this option for our customers. Like you said, there might be a certain amount of people who don't wanna go that far, then they can chose to have an event at their own house, and we can plan for them. This house is for customers who request specifically for some certain needs.

ReplyDeleteYes, the price is higher than regular event planning at local household. However, it contains more services and design. In fact, some people (large group) share the expense and treat it as a hotel having so much fun there with facilities we placed there.
DeleteAre there different selection of houses available to choose from? The house looks really nice, but perhaps a few snapshots of the interior of the house would be awesome!
