What are parties look like!?


Our price list for event planning is managed by the event size. In order to provide a reasonable, affordable price, we offer from small event up to large event. The picture above is an example for small event in a household dining room. It is simple, and it does not cost as much as you expected. However, if some clients ask for a really fancy event that needs a lot of decorations like pictures under this, the price would definitely cost more.

In understanding that sometimes clients have lots of imagination about their parties, and sometimes the cost might beyond their budget because of this, that is why we have agents to communicate with clients to make sure that the price we estimated is acceptable to them. We would preferred clients to contact us through website and phone so that it would be more flexible to communicate in different locations.

  1. I am glad you guys are open to all theme possiblities ! People are different, they have different tastes and personalities and it is important to cater to everyones individual needs.

    1. We are still considering whether having a physical location is necessary. However, having a website with contact number provided for clients to contact would definitely a way. We then will send out an assigned agent to meet with customers discussing budget and details.

  2. I think it would be necessary to have at least a small office location, as some clients may feel uncomfortable doing business with a company that does not have a physical location. They may feel that the agent representing the company is not representing an actual company and that the person is merely trying to scam them to get their money.

  3. In terms of organizing party is varied and so the price and the sizes should be different. Also there are many clients who are seeking for different types of parties, so the organizers need to have enourmous menus to meet any types of cudtomer's voice.

  4. Since this business that you guys are providing is so broad I think it's best if you do this online. Let your customers select their options online and from there you guys can order/decide what to purchase and so on.

    If you guys were to have a physical store, when customers walk in and lets say you don't have a particular item that they want it might not be that appealing. Also, if customers see a certain decorations that you guys offer it might lead them to think that there's only a certain options for them to chose from.

  5. Physical location is necessary. Customer will have real experience of what their party look like when they visit your showroom of your physical store. On the other hand, a physical store will also give customer a sense of reliability of your business. Personal selling to customers in store is more effective than online store.

  6. I have to agree with Katheryn, that your company should be internet based. This will allow customers to customize their event without the added stress of having to make an appointment, and maximize time efficiency. Once a customer has placed an order, maybe you can make an "at location" visit to go over what the event will look like or what details should be stressed.

  7. This is a great idea, and by providing different options depending on the size of the event will definitely allow you guys access to a larger target market. Aside from offering your customers online services, I think it would be very helpful for the customers if you had a physical location where they could see examples of your services, for some customers may be weary regarding the quality of your actual setups.

  9. What is your target location. You guys can provide your service anywhere or just some specific location? Look at those fancy picture, I bet the price is really high. People sometime don't have time to prepare for their party, but not many people afford this service.

    1. We will provide some specific location with our own house. Those fancy pictures are just some examples, you can have some cheap one without that much fancy but still look good.

  10. Although I think it is great benefit for your company to be online, but due to the nature of this company I feel like there should be a physical address too. The customer is going to pay a lot of money for these parties and would like to see the actual product as well rather then just pictures.

  11. I would recommend having other visuals for future clients to view. Pictures, video and best of all visiting an event in person would best influse them to become your client. Pictures and videos can say a thousad words but nothing compairs to seeing it in person. If you had different ideas set up at a store clients could see what you are able to offer.

  12. I agree with the need to have a physical location available for your customers. Since people can be very particular on what they want their party to look like, having a sit down, face to face conversation at a physical location will be beneficial for your business. I think that the online idea without the physical location would work if you really do a good job of organizing your site and having less options for what types of decorations your company will provide so that it will be more straightforward for exactly what you will provide for your customers.

  13. You should have more pictures of events you have done in the past. You should also have an itemized list of the all the fees. You should also list all the products and services you provide aside from just event planning.

I like the idea and concept behind your marketing plan however I do have a few questions/suggestions. how do you plan on acquiring different things for party's like tables, ornaments, equipment? and have you thought about contracting with company's that can resource your venture to keep costs low?

  15. I also had a question concerning where is this service available. Can anyone from anywhere ask you to plan their events?
    It's great that there are pictures, but you can put a price estimation on the pictures so people can know around how much it would cost to have a place looking like the pictures.

  16. If you want to attract more customer, i think you should put some price comparison between you and other company in the market. RIght now the economy is not getting back up, price is the most important factor in business.

  17. We might set up a physical location, and we would make some event models in the store for customers to have some ideas since most of you feel more comfortable with that. We would provide pictures of our work from other clients on the websites for sure that are organized by event types and size as well. We only offer california market for now. We are also planning to have a reality TV show of event planning, we would record all the process of discussing with customers of their desire event, and how we design the party, and how can we do the best within the customer's budget so that audience would have a more accurate idea with budget of whether they are able to afford or not.
    It can be cheap depending on how fancy you want for your party and vice versa.

  18. Also, we do have a warehouse storing different types of furniture. however, some small events can use customer's own furniture which would definitely a lower cost of material expense and labor fee of moving furniture. Decoration makes furniture fancy in most of time.

  19. Not to be rude, but you used the wrong "our" in your title.

    With Pinterest growing to be a huge social network, why wouldn't people find these ideas and turn it to a DIY project? I know when I want to have a get together of some sort I browse through Pinterest for ideas on food, decoration, drinks, invitations, etc. There also companies out there that rent out different kinds of furniture for events, what makes you different and why would people want to use you?
